Crossfit Salem

CrossFit Salem is a school of fitness and health. As a group we seek the best knowledge and share it with each other. Crossfitters are unique... we have decided that being average is not good enough, we will work hard, and we expect results!

Started in 2008 in a 1 car garage before Crossfit was cool! CrossFit Salem has a lot of experience with changing lives and the necessary fitness and nutritional advice to do so. We keep adding services as we grow and welcome everyone who has a positive attitude and wants to improve their health and fitness. The best description I can give is that CFS is a gym with the distractions removed. Once you remove the mirrors, machines, TV's, and other distractions you are left with real training equipment. Couple that equipment with great trainers and you have the best place for real results. Everyday we see people rapidly getting healthier, there is no wonder why Crosssfit is growing at 1 gym per day globally. Time for you to see what the hype is all about!

Sometimes we hear people say Crossfit training is too expensive. Most classes cost from $4 - $12 per class depending on your membership plan. Compare that to personal training for $80 per hour and it sounds pretty good right! In addition if you pay $40 a month somewhere else and are only inspired to use it twice a month well that just cost you $20 per visit, I think you can do the math... and in the end, what is optimal health really worth?
